10 year masterbuild guarantee
A 10 year Masterbuild Guarantee gives you confidence and peace of mind. Only a Registered Master Builder can provide a MasterBuild Guarantee.
the guarantee covers 3 key areas
Completion Cover
You will be covered for loss of the deposit if the building hasn’t started (up to $15,000), or for non-completion if the house or work isn’t finished (up to $30,000) including GST.
Builders Cover
This means you will be protected against any defects in material and workmanship, for two years after completion of the building underwritten by the guarantee company.
Structural Cover
As an added measure, the guarantee company covers you for defects in specific structural elements of the building work for a total of 10 years from completion from the date of acceptance of the Guarantee.
