We have been in our new home for a couple of months now and wow it’s so amazing that we never want to leave. We would like to thank the Downey’s team for turning our plans on paper into reality.
We had been told by friends that the building process is very stressful and don’t expect the house to be ready by the completion date given by the builders. This was the opposite of our experience with Downey. We didn’t feel stressed at all.
The quality of the finish of the house is to a very high standard. Bruce and his team did such an amazing job.
Throughout the whole process we never felt like we were just another number. The team treated us with respect and made us feel like part of the family.
If we ever build again we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Downey will be our go to team always!

We always knew that they had a reputation for quality and being at the higher end of building companies so initially we didn’t consider them as I didn’t think we could afford them. We absolutely love our new Downey Designer Home. It works perfectly on our section, is warm, sunny and looks amazing both inside and out. We are extremely happy with the quality of the build and got exactly what we wanted. Our build was hassle free and easy with completion two weeks before our expected completion date. The superb Downey service continued when on handover our kids were very excited to find Easter eggs hidden in their wardrobes.
